Lead US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Lead US IT Recruiter with 7–10 years of experience to join our growing Hyderabad team. This is a lead role that combines hands-on delivery ownership with mentorship responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment

• Ability to mentor and manage a team of 5–6 recruiters

• Strong hands-on experience working with VMS accounts.

• Consistent track record of maintaining a strong pipeline across multiple requirements

• Comfortable handling complex/niche roles as an individual contributor

• Expertise in sourcing via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter & vendor networks

• Excellent communication skills with strong delivery focus and urgency
