Job Description

Lead UX Designer Location: Remote/Hybrid/In-Office Options
About the RoleTechnoMile is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. You will lead the design and development of intuitive and impactful user experiences for our SaaS product tailored to the Government Contracting (GovCon) industry. In this role, you will drive the strategic UX direction, ensuring our complex workflows, data analytics, and AI-driven tools empower our customers to work smarter. 
What You’ll Do
Define and drive the UX vision and strategy for our SaaS products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Oversee the design of complex workflows and data analytics tools that cater to the unique needs of GovCon users.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI features that simplify and enhance user experiences.
