Lead UX Researcher

The Lead UX Researcher leads hands-on user research and usability testing to enable excellent user experiences for Elekta’s hardware and software products. Responsibilities include leading regulated medical device usability testing and managing usability documentation as part of regulatory submissions. The role reports to the Manager, UX Research and collaborates closely with UX researchers, UX&D, product management, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver hands-on UX research and usability testing activities for a large and complex product or solution.
• Take holistic responsibility for the user experience of a product or solution.
• Define usability strategy and lead its execution through completion aligned with business targets.
