Lead UX/IX Designer - US Citizen

• The Lead UX/IX Designer shall lead the user experience and user interaction design of complex, enterprise-level, services and systems.


• Lead will comfortably and effectively work very closely with USCIS staff and other DevSecOps team members (business analyst (BAs), user experience/interaction (UX/IX) designers, engineers, and technical leads) to design solutions that meet business objectives.
