Argano is seeking a Lead Varicent Consultant to join our Sales Performance team. We specialize in designing, building, and deploying sales performance management systems on our partner platforms. As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding client engagements, leading project teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex, enterprise‑level solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions to derive and understand client business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Oversee solution design and architecture, collaborating with team leaders and technical specialists.
• Configure and optimize Varicent Incentives systems to meet client requirements.
