Job Description:
MARS BPO is hiring Verifiers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for confirming customer details and ensuring data accuracy before transferring leads to the sales department. Good communication skills and attention to detail are key for this role

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and validate customer information over calls.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all lead details.
• Coordinate with sales agents to maintain lead quality.
• Record verified data and update systems accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and follow company compliance standards
