What the role is all about

The Voice Engineer ensures the overall operability of the NiCE voice network. This position is responsible for ensuring that the voice & VoIP infrastructure is functioning properly, reliably, and efficiently, and that customer traffic and services are provisioned and maintained effectively. Because this role involves both traditional voice and VoIP, we require basic data networking skills as well. The main duties include troubleshooting, maintenance, growth of the voice network, building/installing new customers, receiving and performing escalations from other teams, and streamlining processes to support continued scaling.
