Lead Wastewater Plant Operator

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Maintains a safe workplace program and ensures that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.

+ Complies with all ASC Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH), Waste Management and Quality Assurance requirements, goals, policies and procedures. Provides documentation to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.

+ Is designated the Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) for the facility.

+ Operates to the best possible standards providing uninterrupted operation.

+ Monitors wastewater plant systems, ancillary equipment and the chemical composition of the influent, effluent and internal process streams; makes necessary adjustments to ensure operation is within established guidelines.

+ Responds to unscheduled equipment or process failures.

+ Performs preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications on all systems including be...
