Job Description
Sales Support & Execution:

• Responsible for identifying and generating new project leads and sales opportunities through various channels and media in the Building and Construction industry
• To lead in sales generation, prepare and present sales proposals/quotations, negotiation and facilitate in confirmation together with distributors, as well as to liaise with internal operation teams for smooth execution and delivery of orders
• Work closely with distributors to enhance client's engagement and ensure a seamless experience with LIXIL.

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, QS Consultants, Contractors & Distributors.
