Leader in Client Support and Development

Lead efforts in empowering individuals through our support services as a Team Leader. Your role includes guiding clients in essential life skills and overseeing team performance.
As a Team Leader, you will work closely with clients, assisting them in areas like recreation planning, financing, and accessing community services. Strong management experience paired with an understanding of autism support is preferred. Administrative tasks and collaboration with health services are also crucial components of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide individuals in developing life skills for independence
• Administer and monitor Individual Support Plans
• Coordinate with mental health and community resources
• Supervise team schedules, time cards, and evaluations
• Assume on-call responsibilities as needed
