PurposeLead the technical, accounting, and strategic management of technical reserves and reinsurance to ensure regulatory compliance (CNSF), financial accuracy, and portfolio sustainability.ResponsibilitiesOversee calculation, booking, and monitoring of statutory reserves (RRC, SONR, Dividend) and US GAAP reserves (UPR, DAC, IBNR).
Ensure adequacy and compliance with actuarial standards.Lead governance, Board reporting, and continuous improvement of actuarial processes.Manage treaties, reporting, and governance; ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with CNSF (CUSF), SolvencyII, and US GAAP; prepare filings (RR3, RR6).
Support Business Plan and forecasts; analyze loss trends, reserve movements, and deviations.
