Role Mission

Oversee daily service assurance and operational performance of Celerity’s fiber backbone and managed WiFi services, ensuring SLA compliance and network stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Service Desk (L1), NOC (L2) and Field Operations (L3).
• Ensure SLA compliance and service KPIs.
• Manage incident, problem and change processes.
• Oversee network monitoring and performance optimization.
• Coordinate vendor and property-level technical alignment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• 8+ years of telecom/network operations experience.
• Experience in NOC environments and monitoring platforms.
