Leader, Preflight Operations Weekend Role

Become the Leader of Preflight Operations during weekends at Bombardier's Dorval Plant 3. Oversee a unionized team and promote operational excellence in aerospace.

In this role, you will lead the Preflight Operations department on the weekend shift at Bombardier. Managing a team of around 25 employees, you will work Friday to Sunday for 12 hours each day, ensuring that operational objectives are met. Your expertise in planning and organization will allow you to evaluate productivity and quality, while fostering a culture of teamwork and communication among staff.
