What are your contributions to the team?

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of 15 to 25 union employees on the day shift.

You will assume all the human resources management responsibilities.

You will coordinate quality support to the production teams.

You will identify, do the documentation and standardize the key process to achieve the objectives and share the good practice of the organization.
