                    Perm Opportunity, Salary up tp $8,000 with AWS and Attractive Bonus 
 At least 5 years of L&D experience in designing and developing leadership programs for senior management. 
 Strong presentation and communication skills and has worked with senior stakeholders before. 
 Be part of the team to design and implement comprehensive programs to develop leadership competencies and build a strong leadership pipeline at both enterprise and business levels.
Key Responsibilities
 Design an integrated Leadership and People Development (LPD) curriculum that aligns with the organization’s leadership strategy. This curriculum will serve as a roadmap for staff training aligned with career milestones, ensuring they are equipped for current and future roles.
