Nature & Scope
YMCA Camp Elphinstone is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Leadership Development (LD) Supervisor. The LD Supervisor oversees both the LD1 and LD2 programs, managing camper care, counsellor development, and scheduling activities to ensure a seamless and enjoyable camp experience. The LD Supervisor oversees a team of 6 staff and a total of 30 campers.
