Southbridge Care Homes is seeking an Executive Director dedicated to delivering exceptional care in Ontario's Long-Term Care sector. This full-time, temporary position requires strategic leadership and strong operational oversight.
You will report directly to the Regional Director, managing operations and ensuring compliance with all necessary legislative standards. This role demands the oversight of safe and effective resident care, direct financial management, and the establishment of a culture that respects and values residents and staff alike. Engage with various stakeholders while leading quality improvement initiatives in a supportive environment.
