Remedial Leading Hand   
Location:  Sydney Metro & Regional NSW
Salary:$100k–$125k + Super
 About the Opportunity:
  We are currently recruiting Remedial Leading Hands on behalf of several well-established contractors operating within the remedial and renovation sector. These businesses deliver a wide range of works across residential, strata, and commercial assets, with consistent project pipelines across Sydney and NSW.
 The Role:
  As a Leading Hand, you will be responsible for supervising small on-site teams while remaining hands-on. Projects typically include:
Balcony rectifications
Façade and concrete repairs
Waterproofing works
Structural and remedial upgrades
General renovation and defect rectification works
