Leading Hand Labourer

We are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Labourer to oversee crews across multiple construction projects throughout Brisbane. Current site locations include Redcliffe, Margate and Caboolture. This role will see you working closely with site supervisors, coordinating labourers on-site, maintaining productivity and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently. Immediate starts available for the right candidate.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Leading and supervising small teams of labourers on active construction sites
• Liaising with site supervisors and project managers
• Delegating daily tasks and ensuring works are completed to schedule
• Assisting trades with skilled labouring duties when required
• Maintaining high safety standards and enforcing site compliance
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve on site
