About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to join our team as a Wellbeing Lead. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the school's wellbeing vision, ensuring a whole-school approach to student wellbeing.

• You will oversee pastoral systems and wellbeing provision, working closely with senior leaders, counsellors, Heads of Year, and teaching staff.
• Maintain high standards of student wellbeing by monitoring attendance records and behaviour trends.
