Job Description Elite Fire & Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing and working alongside a small crew on commercial projects throughout the area.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily field operations for electrical installations

Supervise and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and quality

Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial electrical systems

Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications

Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and customers onsite

Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code

Qualifications

Strong commercial electrical experience required

Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred

Ability to manage and motivate a small team
