Lead/Senior Software Engineer

What you’ll be working on

• Building and evolving TypeScript, React, and Node.js solutions (frontend & backend)
• Designing accessible, scalable, and intuitive interfaces
• Improving how accessibility scan results are aggregated, stored, and visualized
• Contributing to shared component libraries and internal platforms
• Guiding architecture decisions and long-term platform growth
• Mentoring senior engineers and influencing team processes & CI/CD

We’re looking for someone who has

• 7+ years of experience building large-scale SaaS products
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience leading and mentoring senior developers
• Solid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG, ARIA)
• Experience working on product teams and shared libraries
