We are seeking an experienced Lead/Senior UX Designer to guide UX design practices. This is a strategic role that requires both hands-on design expertise and the ability to lead cross-ministry initiatives, working with senior stakeholders across multiple projects and teams.
Primary Responsibilities
UX Practice Advisory
Advise and guide UX design standards, and best practices across the Ministry
Drive the adoption of user-centered design methodologies and processes
Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms
Mentor junior and mid-level designers, fostering growth and capability development
Working across Ministry
Lead design initiatives across multiple projects and teams within ITG
Facilitate workshops and design sprints with stakeholders from various divisions
