(M/F)

The Lean Manager will be responsible to improve process flow in assembly, manufacturing, and other primary processes. Reporting to the Operations Manager, drive automation implementation, using Lean principles of Flow, TAKT, SMED, 5S and Value Analysis to reduce costs. Project manage manufacturing, associated projects including new factory layouts. Manage and communicate the data and KPI’s of the performance of the production and processes.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Carry out the study of the production flows.

  • Define and implement all the changes and improvements to be applied, determining the best viability and profitability.

  • Implementation of tools and KPI’s for Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen).

  • Work with OEE/TPM/VAVE, regarding the improvement of the global processes and products.
