Lean Engineer

Overall Mission and Purpose

To ensure, to lead the company initiative to move towards lean production environment for driving continuous improvement initiatives through lean concepts and tools to facilitate production activity. To meet the productivity, delivery, safety and eliminate waste.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To meet the following KPI

Execute Lean Enterprise Concept and tools in manufacturing and transactional process improvements (TPI).

Conduct Operation Sequences Analysis (OSA) to review the work process per station.

Analyze OSA data and based on work standard and line balancing for productivity, delivery, and safety.

Recommend changes to simplify and combine the processes to reduce process time, handling and improve efficiency.

Optimize workflow and cell designs for quality, productivity, delivery and safety advantages.
