We're looking for a Retail LEAN Expert to lead and evolve our Retail LEAN programme, embedding LEAN principles across our business and helping shape the future of how we operate.

This is a key role working closely with senior leaders, influencing strategy, and delivering practical, measurable improvements across retail operations.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and governing the Retail LEAN programme from design through to delivery
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to set and achieve continuous improvement goals
• Identifying and delivering LEAN improvement opportunities across the retail estate
