This role is central to embedding a strong Lean culture across the terminal by ensuring leaders and frontline teams apply standardized work, structured problem‑solving, and continuous improvement in daily operations.

The focus goes beyond training, ensuring Lean is fully integrated into how the operation runs every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and sustain the Lean Academy training system, ensuring alignment with business priorities and practical application in operations.
• Drive the consistent use of Lean methodologies at Gemba, including A3 problem‑solving, Kaizen, and standard work.
• Develop Job Experts in key areas to support standardized work, onboarding, and first‑level problem‑solving.
• Lead the Lean Campus as a dynamic environment for training, simulations, and continuous improvement.
