**What will you do?
**Responsible for overall project management related to industrial material flow engineering projects for advanced factories and warehouses, including design and implementation of new technologies and specialized equipment.
**How will you do it?
**- Lead and develop systems for sustaining material delivery methods throughout the facility.
- Optimize material delivery processes by analyzing workflow, space requirements, equipment requirements, storage, and conveyance methods.
- Create visual management schemes and replenishment triggers to enable operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard work for managing, sequencing, and troubleshooting interplant logistics.Ensure staff is well educated, well-informed, and following standard work.
