**Job Title:** Lean Manufacturing Apprentice – Level 2
**Salary:** Year 1: £16,673.73 circa + Production Bonus
**Location:** Desford, Leicestershire
**Contract:** 15month practical apprenticeship

**Hours:** Full time, average 37.5 per week (up to 42 depending on business needs). Shift patterns vary by product line.
