Lean manufacturing sr. engineer

This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Manufacturing - Operations group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Lead continuous improvement activities and develop local coaches and training; identify the stakeholders and objectives for Kaizen and/or value-stream map (VSM) events, and (ii) Analyze data required to understand problem root causes, or key drivers of required results. Requires 7+ years of experience as a Manufacturing or Lean Engineer and a minimum of a bachelor's degree, Lean Manufacturing Certification, Green Belt Certification.Lead continuous improvement activities and develop local coaches and training; identify the stakeholders and objectives for Kaizen and/or value-stream map (VSM) events
