What You’ll Do
Lead strategic L6S projects across the business and ensure effective use of Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving tools.
Develop and mentor the L6S community—coaching Yellow, Green, and Black Belts, preparing them for certification, and building a strong pipeline of CI talent.
Create a strong Lean culture, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and consistent ways of working.
Drive business impact by improving processes, reducing costs, enhancing performance metrics, and supporting functional goals.
