Lean Sr Engineer 3&4

**Objective**Improve operational continuity and plant results through the implementation of key initiatives.Achieve productivity and quality objectives committed to the customer.
**Main Responsibilities**- This role leads complex improvement projects (OEE, scrap reduction, and labor).
- Provides high-level technical support to Production and Maintenance, and mentors junior engineers to ensure the sustainability of the Lean system.
- Develop improvement projects and supports the team with training and knowledge to saving cost at the plant.
- Transforming and implementing technical and cultural projects through Change Management.
**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Advanced English- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement roll.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is required- Experience working with Change Management, Strategic Results.
