Role Overview
To design, deliver and develop digital training courses under the digital training portfolio to Trust staff, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders, in line with the Digital Learning Strategy and the Trust Vision and Values. Provide pro‑active support and advice on the development of digital skills and the use of digital systems within the workplace.
Our Digital Learning strategy aims to simplify processes, enhance collaboration, and enable staff to focus on high‑quality care without burdensome administrative tasks or inefficient systems.
Digital Support Services
Electronic Health Record (EHR) support services within the Digital division aim to establish a more integrated team to improve collaboration and communication between the EHR‑facing teams and to enhance the quality of support provided to frontline staff.
