Role Overview
Oversee, monitor, and ensure smooth execution of all training-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Management: Design, implement, and refine operational workflows, policies, and procedures for efficiency and quality.
• Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and develop operations staff, fostering a positive environment and achieving performance targets.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze data for bottlenecks, generate reports, and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate of Computer Science, IT Business Management, or Computer Engineering courses.
• Proficient communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
• 35 years of experience in managing corporate training, stakeholders, and technical support teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to learn and serve as a role model in delivering work.
