About the job Learning and Development Assistant
This role does and/or facilitates the planning, design, conduct and evaluation of training processes and programs in Austal Philippines. The role oversees alignment of training and development of the employees in compliance to regulatory requirements and the AP standards, processes, and procedures to meet overall company objectives effectively and efficiently.
Essential
Required Skills/ Experience/ Attributes:
Experience in training and development facilitation and management
Experience in training needs assessment, design, delivery and evaluation
Exposure in technical/trades environment
Graduate in Engineering Technology courses or Engineering Degree or Human resources
Exposure in manufacturing or construction industries
Able to work with Microsoft Office and other industry-standard computer programs required for the role
Relevant trade certificates
