This role does and/or facilitates the planning, design, conduct and evaluation of training processes and programs in Austal Philippines. The role oversees alignment of training and development of the employees in compliance to regulatory requirements and the AP standards, processes, and procedures to meet overall company objectives effectively and efficiently.

Required Skills/ Experience/ Attributes:

• Experience in training and development facilitation and management
• Experience in training needs assessment, design, delivery and evaluation
• Exposure in technical/trades environment
• Graduate in Engineering Technology courses or Engineering Degree or Human resources
