Job Description:
Carry out all instruction as per immediate superior advice.
Schedule onboarding orientation to newly hires and refresher training for existing employees.
Preparation of training materials to be used in onboarding and refresher training programs.
Conduct orientation about HRD topics (Vision, Mission, Values, Code of Conduct other relevant topics).
Facilitation and checking of exams for during training sessions.
Assist in developing plans to address the training needs based on the analysis and in sourcing, managing, and evaluating learning programs and implementing relevant metrics and processes to monitor the effectiveness of the trainings conducted.
File and encode internal monitoring of attendance, exam scores and evaluation of onboarding and refresher orientations.
Assist in the timely processing of disciplinary actions and updating records to e-system.
