Learning and Development Associate

Responsibilities
Develop training programs to address skill gaps.
Collaborate with department heads to set learning objectives.
Create engaging learning materials (e-learning modules, presentations, manuals).
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
Maintain and update the LMS with relevant content.
Stay up-to-date with trends in learning and development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools.
