Education

Bachelor degree in the field of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or similar disciplines.

Work Experience

At least five (5) years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in Organizational Development (Org Devt.), Human Resources, and/or Business support role.

Knowledge and Skills

Ability to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas:

• Organization development particularly around change management, developing organizational culture, and improving employee engagement;
• Learning & Development, with focus on management development and talent management;
• Performance Management, aligned to strategic planning and with end-result of timely and accurate monitoring and evaluation; and
• Lean Management, with focus on Kaizen and 5S.
