Learning and Development Department Head

Education: Bachelor degree in the field of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or similar disciplines.

Work Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in Organizational Development (Org Devt.), Human Resources, and/or Business support role.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas:

• Organization development particularly around change management, developing organizational culture, and improving employee engagement;

• Learning & Development, with focus on management development and talent management;

• Performance Management, asligned to strategic planning and with end-result of timely and accurate monitoring and evaluation; and

• Lean Management, with focus on Kaizen and 5S.
