As a Learning and Development Executive specializing in leadership training, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs that align with our organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leadership development needs and create strategies to enhance our leadership capabilities. · Provide full spectrum of administrative support and coordinate with Learning & Development team on all administrative related issues.
