As a Learning and Development Executive specializing in leadership training, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs that align with our organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leadership development needs and create strategies to enhance our leadership capabilities. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by fostering a culture of leadership excellence.

· Provide full spectrum of administrative support and coordinate with Learning & Development team on all administrative related issues.
· Assist Learning & Development department in daily correspondence (email / phone) on staff training enquiries including Learning Management System.
