Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the companys Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business and operational goals.
Assess training needs across manufacturing, engineering, operations and corporate functions.
Design and implement technical, leadership and functional training programs, including onboarding and competency-based development.
