Learning and Development Manager

OSK Holdings is seeking an experienced
Learning & Development (L&D) Manager
to develop the company-wide L&D framework and strategies, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. Selected individual will develop and implement L&D specific policies, standards and guidelines to facilitate the smooth execution of the plan across all business units.

Your job scope entails:

• Lead the development of the overall learning framework and methodology for the company through designing / identifying programs in-house and/or evaluating external programs that meet the skills requirement in various business units
• Provide leadership to the team in deploying Training Need Analysis (skill gap analysis) for all business units to assess the learning needs and derives appropriate learning plan/programs
