Learning and Development Manager, Professional Education Accounting and Tax

CPA Ontario is seeking a Learning and Development Manager, Professional Education Accounting and Tax to lead the design, development and delivery of professional development courses and learning products for CPAs. This role plays an important part in shaping the professional development catalogue by identifying learning needs across the profession and overseeing the creation of high‑quality learning experiences that support CPAs in public practice and industry.

• Supporting the direction of the professional development portfolio by identifying emerging topics, skills gaps, and opportunities for new learning offerings aligned with the evolving needs of CPAs.
