Learning and Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through performance reviews, guest feedback, and operational requirements
• Design and implement training programs for onboarding, service excellence, leadership, and technical skills
• Deliver engaging training sessions (classroom, on-the-job, and digital learning)
• Coordinate orientation programs for new hires
• Support departmental managers in coaching and developing their teams
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback
• Maintain training records and learning management systems (LMS)
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and regulatory training requirements
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives
• Align training programs with brand standards and organizational goals
