We are looking for a Learning & Development Officer to support the continuous growth, training, and performance development of our hotel team in Boracay.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs aligned with hotel standards
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions
• Facilitate onboarding, technical, and soft-skills training for hotel staff
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning outcomes
• Collaborate with department heads to support performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
