Shape How a National Law Firm Learns. Join the Learning & Development team and act as a trusted advisor on digital learning—from discovery to delivery. Designing and developing learning content such as workshops, eLearning programs, and presentations, while partnering closely with internal subject matter experts to deliver effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design a strategic approach to onboarding, and the integration of partners, associates, and business services new hires.
• Partner and collaborate with teams and leaders across the People & Development team and the firm to determine operational needs for continuous education sessions and internal meetings for optimal learning experiences.
