Learning and Development Specialist

We are looking for Learning and Development Specialists who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Technical employees.
Job Responsibilities:

• Design and facilitate a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral and leadership programs, to communicate gaps between organizational objectives and to employees or teams
• Identify organizational and role specific training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultations with managers to identify employee skills, knowledge or competence gaps
• Develop training modules and identify appropriate training methods, materials, as well as selection of instructors for specified trainings
• Evaluate overall effectiveness of learning and development programs, include training instructors
