Learning and Development Specialist

We're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist (Technical Enablement) to join our team and design, develop, and deliver hands-on technical learning programs for Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, and Service Delivery teams. You'll help new hires ramp up faster, empower employees with deep technical knowledge, and support the long-term success of our technical teams.

What You'll Do

• Design & Deliver Programs: Lead technical onboarding, role-based bootcamps (including our Tech Sales Bootcamp), and skills workshops that help employees hit the ground running.
