The Learning and Development Associate supports the design, implementation, and monitoring of leadership and talent development programs. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing learning and development, and training programs
• Support competency assessments, leadership evaluations, and development tracking
• Coordinate training schedules, workshops, and leadership activities
• Prepare training materials, reports, and program documentation
• Monitor participation, feedback, and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify high-potential employees
• Support employee engagement and succession planning initiatives
• Perform other HR and learning-related tasks as assigned
